What is 360 WEE?
360 WEE is an Erasmus+ project, co-funded by the EU and will be implemented by GMD and Verein INMOS, that focuses on promoting women’s entrepreneurship, especially for those at risk of discrimination or from marginalised communities
Our goal has been to reduce the gender gap in employment in Malta and Austria by supporting aspiring women entrepreneurs in developing their potential and raising awareness of the value of women-led businesses

Birgit Hochreiter
Birgit Hochreiter Consulting Founder
Birgit has founded her own business in 2006.
With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in vision and change processes, project management, self-leadership, empowerment, and intercultural competences.
She holds a Master’s in Business Economics, a diploma in Intercultural Competences, and is a certified life coach.
Eithne Knappitsch
Facilitator, Executive Trainer, and Consultant
Eithne Knappitsch is a Professor of Intercultural Management at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Austria.
A facilitator and executive trainer, she specializes in leadership, sustainability, and entrepreneurial education.
Eithne co-founded the Global Case Study Challenge, an educational non-profit promoting global virtual exchange and remote leadership development.
As an Enterprise Europe Ambassador, she drives innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in education and business.
Viviana Premazzi
Entrepreneur & GMD Founder
Entrepreneur and founder of the consultancy and training company Global Mindset Development, GMD, is an intercultural trainer, DEI expert and adjunct professor at the University of Malta.
Her home is the world. Wherever she goes she brings complexity but also a lot of enthusiasm and passion for life in all its forms.
Irene Cristaudo
Modern Philologist & Project Manager
Irene Cristaudo is a modern philologist and project manager at GMD.
She also teaches Italian as a foreign language.
Currently based in France, she rarely stays in one place for long.
What pushes her forward is a constant desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
