On 28 February, the Erasmus+ project 360 WEE – Women Entrepreneurial Empowerment officially came to an end.
However, our work does not stop with the end of the project. On Saturday 7th March, Viviana Premazzi, founder of GMD, will take part in Women’s Dayat Swieqi Local Council, a community event dedicated to women’s empowerment and leadership.
During her talk, “From Marginalization to Leadership: Lessons from working with women in entrepreneurship”,Viviana will share key findings and lessons learned from the 360 WEE project, focusing on how women overcome structural and cultural barriers — especially when they are discouraged from pursuing entrepreneurship. The session will reflect on real experiences, practical insights and the transformative power of support networks and education.

Talk & Discussion: Reflecting on topics that matter to women in our community.
Tradition: We will conclude the event by planting flowers in the garden as a symbol of collective growth.
